When using a 5 gallon bucket, 1 80lb bag of cement will fit in perfectly.

1. Take the 14.5"e; Long PVC pipe and the duct tape.
2.
Cover the two ends of the PVC pipe so no cement can get into the pipe.

2. This PVC pipe will be inserted into the bucket filled with cement. Put aside for later use.

2. If you are using a 5 gallon bucket, 1 bag of cement will be the perfect amount.

1. This step will require you to put the mixed cement in the bucket. In doing so the bucket will weigh close to 90 lbs so be sure to have the bucket in a place where you can easily move or store.
2. Put the cement in the bucket using a shovel. Level off the top of the cement.
3. Clean off any cement on or around the bucket to keep a clean look.

1. Take the 1/2" pole with the duct tape on both ends and and insert it into the center of the cement in the bucket.
2. Make sure to keep the pipe straight, since the base of the feather flag will be inserted into the pipe.   If the pipe is crooked, the flag will sit crooked.
3. You should leave the tape on the pipe until the cement is dry.

1. Once the pipe is in the cement, clean eveverything and let the bucket of cement dry over night
2. Your finished product should look the the picture to the left.

1. After the cement is dry, you can take off the duct tape covering the top of the pipe.
2. By taking the tape off,you are exposing the open pipe so you can insert the feather flag metal stake.
3. Simply insert the metal stake into the 1/2" pipe.

1. After the metal stake is inserted, attache the feather flag by sliding it on the base as pictured.
2. The flag is now completed.

1. The metal stake should sit securly in the pipe.
2. The bucket can be moved to wherever you would like as long as there is clearance above.
3. The feather flag should still spin on the base as if it were stuck in the ground.
