Do you offer a catalog?
We offer a brochure that offers a quick description of most products. Our most extensive catalog is posted on this web-site.
Do you accept orders by phone?
Absolutely. Orders can be placed online or by phone (631-841-5555). However, if you order via phone you will not be offered the current monthly special, or qualify for a free gift. You will also not receive the order confirmation with tracking.
Will my order be charged with sales tax?
In accordance with prevailing state laws, Sales Tax is automatically added at the time of checkout for those people placeing orders within the state of New York. Those that are residing outside the state of New York are not charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Island Visuals, Inc. accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Every effort is made to process orders as expediently as possible and most orders are generally processed within 24 hours of purchase. Most orders are shipped out anywhere between 1-3 business days. Note this applies to weekday orders only. There is no processing done on weekends or holidays.
Customized items do not fall into normal processing since there is an approval process that needs to be followed.
Further delays can sometimes be attributed to UPS shipping schedules. Please note that we cannot be responsible for UPS failing to ship within the confines of its promised delivery date.

How much do you charge for shipping?
A shipping quote is calculated at the time of checkout based on the current UPS charges for the weight, method, and destination of your order. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown at the point of checkout for your selection.

Will I get a tracking number when the order is sent?
UPS tracking numbers are generally sent when the order is fully processed and marked as completed. The tracking number for the order will also be available on the site under your "Order History".
